Playing Cdr on Mega CD

hey im just wondering wot is required to play Cdr games on a mega cd model 2?

Thanx, im gonna go buy one now........can pick one up here with a Mega Drive and the Mega CD for like $20 ill hafta get one, then get downloading.........are there a lot of games for Mega CD??
