Primary/Secondary DDNS

Does anyone know of a way to trace it? My isp won't provide it, and I was wanting to use it for setting up a router.

I already had tried that. I'm using a cable gateway. So all it gives me is the generic address of the router.

If you already have 1 router you should be able to log into it and find it.
