Replacement part ? Model 1 SCD

Anyone know where i can get a replacment for this part? When i plugged in my scd model 1 (which i recently fixed) it decided to burn out ... its a complete crisp now, so i can't read any of the numbers on it. Any info would be a help ... Thanks

Thats a power regulator. I have tried to replace that part myself but i had no luck. If you have got a set of multi meters, put the black to the centre pin and the red to the right pin, you should get around 9 volts. The repeat this but move the red to the other side and you should be reading a voltage. Mine and JMT's read 19V last time i checked. Its more likely youve blown the diode or fuse.

Thanks for the reply berty I finally fixed it. It was the diode. The laundry list was endless for this system. blown fuse, broken resistors on the bridge connector, cold solder pins on the audio chip, blown diode, blown voltage regulator. Been working on the damn thing all weekend. And finally works perfect now.
