It's listead at Climax (UK) website. Did this ever come out or was it cancelled and they forgot to cleanup?

VGR doesn't have it. In fact, if it did exist I think it would be the only Namco game on Saturn...

Yeah, I don't know of any other Namco games on the Saturn. However, I suspect this must exist somewhere.. for one, I've seen a review of that, although I know that doesn't always mean confirmation. Secondly, on my AR4M+, there are cheats for it programmed into the device... which suggests that someone must have had a real copy. Perhaps it was never published, but there must be a few discs floating around somewhere...

It was never released. It's probably one of the most wanted games out there. Basically got canceled at the last minute.
