This isn't exactly a rare item but I have the first Saturn Evangelion game (GS-9141, later version cover). It is $5 shipped to anyone who wants it.

What is the condition of this game? Does it come with the bonus minidisk music single? Is it complete? I had the game once but sold it. Would be nice to have it back again.

It's in perfect shape but as far as I know it never came with a CD; there isn't one now. There are at least 4 different Saturn Evangelion games.
