Saturn vcd card vs psx vcd

Does anybody have both so that I can get a comparision between the two. I know the Dreamcast one sucks because I have it and I don't like it very well. It has alot of block problems when I try to play. So anyway what is better the Saturn VCD or the PSX VCD? Or something like 3DO VCD

I've had no experience with them, but I'm not aware of any fundamental technical reason that one would be better than the other. However, there's more than one type of VCD card for each system, so it probably depends on the circuit/program used in the card. I'd imagine that the later JVC cards for Saturn are pretty decent, since JVC isn't exactly lacking when it comes to experience with video equipment (hint: they own VHS). That's really not conclusive, of course.
