Can you put a Sega CD model 1 to a Genesis Model 2?

Yes, but it looks funky. Better than a model 1 genesis with a model 2 sega cd though.

I had that setup for years.

Sold the SCD though.

It's easy to setup -- don't worry about it.

The model 1 SCD is so much nicer though.

I sold it and got a model 2 and I wasn't nearly as happy.

So I sold that too 😀

I'm Thinking about buying a Genesis Model 2 that I saw in my local Gamecrazy. They have some games for $.99! Mostly Sports games.
