Shining Force 3 Scenario 3

I was wondering if someone could answer a quick question for me.

I am playing Shining Force 3 Scenario 3. I just wanted to know when you use Gracia "Shining Magic". It only uses 8MP in its Level 1 Form. After he does the magic all the available MP disappears and i can't do anymore magic with him. e.g. I have him at Level 16 at the moment and you can do upto i think 51MP with him, but if i start of with his "Shining Magic" i have no more MP to use. I hope this makes sense 🙁

Is that suppose to happen or is there a error in game?

I bought this game brand new and sealed about 3 years ago and had the same problem back then. I thought it was part of the game.

Well, without actually playing that part of the game all I can speculate is that there is a bug in the game. I have read of a few other bugs, ie one characters HP starts going down with level ups, and at some point in time a character may actually show having over 100 experience points, then levels up on there next action etc...
