Shining Force CD Problem (WITH file RAW)

I've got the file SHining Force CD.RAW, (60 Megabyte), and

don't know if I can make it playable a way or another with an emulatoir like KEGA... By burning it on a CD.

Just rename the .raw to .iso and it should load fine on any emulator. Burning it would just be a waste of time and cd's, if you rnot playing it on the actual system.
