Yall can sign up for technically free... they need a credit card number and they do a dollar charge but you can call and have that dollar refunded, its just for verification.

Most of the pics and videos are free here, its a chat based website, the chat is what costs money at a minutely rate. but the profiles with pics of the girls are all FREE.
