follow the tutorial in the misc section, any reference to sega/mega cd is totally interchangable with saturn for ripping and burning, the only difference is how you patch the game if necessary
Ok I found out how to do it on my own. Rip the audio tracks using whatver thing you like best then, use clone cd to rip the data part. Then use cdmage to conver the .cdd file made by clone cd to iso mode 1 format.

You can pretty much rip the data and/or audio track(s) to any image type (CDRWin, Nero, DiscJuggler, CloneCD, etc.) supported by CDmage and use CDmage convert to a MODE1/2048 .ISO file.
