Ice, I'm guessing you're not using XP SP1? I think the Powernow! functions run only under that (But I could be wrong).
What are you doing to get 2-3 hours (and is more towards the 2 end or 3 end?)
For instance, with my laptop I can about 3 hours max, but that's why the clk at 2x (aka 530Mhz). When it hits 1200Mhz, I get an hour, tops (that's in part due to the three fans immediately turning on when it reaches that speed).
But no, even 2 hours isn't bad. But of course, it depends if you're playing UT 2k3 or idling.
