SSF 0.06 alpha 4 on Win2000

I can't get this emu to run on Windows 2000 (don't remember if it worked before); it always says, "There is no CD drive which can be used." All other emus (Saturnin, Satourne, SSF 0.07 prototype R10...) run fine though. I have revert to Windows 98 everytime 🙁... any solution ?

ASPI issue? ver 0.06 doesnt use ioctl only aspi. It may also be related to being logged into windows in admin or user mode - my school comps do the same error message too (other emus like Kega cant detect the cd drives either) and they are most definetaly not in full permissions mode.
