Ginga Ojousama Densetsu Yuna 3 / Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 3 is based on an anime of the same game. It looks to be a tactics RPG, made by Red Entertainment (Sakura Wars, Far East of Eden).

I'll save a copy of the entire fan site just in case.

Excellent find, there must be a ton of saturn jewels hidden away on angelfire and geocities, luckily archive.org saved geocities so we can prime through it.
