    Vampire Savior Question

I would just email jandaman and see what he says, since apparently he did the mod.

    SSF has been updated!

I can read Japanese, and it says that you can now play either saturn discs or image files at full speed with even a few graphics enhancements on a Pentium Pro 266MHZ or higher with at least 4 megs of video ram. Thats what it says. I actually got it to run Three Dirty Dwarves on my 133 runing win...

    XRGB-2 Plus and RGB Cable

Nope, that won't work because it's a European SCART RGB connector. You need a japanese RGB connector, one that looks the same but has a different pin placement. I'm not sure where you can get them besides eBay these days, as the main distributor, ncsx.com no longer sells them. There must be some...

    Guilty Gear X

GGX is one of those games that I spent a bunch on, expected alot, and have played less than three hours in two years. Just can't get into it.

    looking for modded saturn

No, sorry, it's not modded for backups, it's region modded to play Japanese games. Sorry about that. I'd never really thought about backups.

king of fighters 95 ram cart

You're in trouble if you use a cart to play imports. KOF95 is the sole reason for getting my Sat modded. It's impossible to play otherwise, unless a dangerous and inconvinient cart swap is used.

    vampire savior

KOF 95 and 97 are great and so is Savior, they're just different. All are good choices(I've got to pick up '97 one of these days too).

    Anyone tried the eclipse stick?

I've got one and have enjoyed using it for years. Now I predominantly use my ASCII stick, but truthfully, the eclipse often made it easier to do combo's etc. since it is pretty sensitive. One possible problem is that (if I remember right) the buttons would occasionally get stuck. It has a combo...

    Street Fighter III 3rd Strike

Bump. 1 day and 5 hours left.

    looking for modded saturn

I've got an extra one that I picked up on eBay several months ago and I've been looking to sell it(just hadn't got around to it yet). It comes with everything(power cord, composite or rf connector) but I really can't spare a controller unless it's really necessary((the only non-stick I've got is...

    Street Fighter III 3rd Strike

Hey I've gotta sell some of my games for college money, check this out. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=3089363370 I'll slash $5.00 off the final price if the bidder emails me and tells me he saw this on segaXtreme. Really not a bad discount. I do hope you'll bid high, as I...

    The King of Fighters 99-2002

With exception to the import KOF's, I own all of the DC fighters mentioned on this thread and here's how I'd rate them. Best gameplay: SFIII 3rd(or second, for that matter, not much difference) Best soundtrack: GGX (MOTW close second) Best graphics: Garou MOTW(SF3 has too many frames, GGX too...

Akumajou Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku

While I haven't played the Saturn version Symphony of the Night is an excellent game, one of my favorites. Too bad I got stuck a year ago and still haven't figured out where to go next.

    Grandia II

Daniel Eriksson, unless you're in the UK and have it hooked up to a PAL TV with RGB, VGA should be a vast improvement. Everything is sharp and detailed compared to a fuzzier interlaced image. But if you didn't notice any difference, I suppose it can't hurt if you play on the larger screen.

    Grandia II

Great game, especially the battle system. As you said, great through VGA. One fault, depending on how you look at it, is the lack of puzzles and any problem solving skills; I happen to like a game with few puzzles, but this game always told you where to go next. I'm playing the original Grandia...
