A very quick app i threw together for a request which will extract the JPG image from a Dreameye image save (PhotoFun Picture), As well as allow you to preview it in the app.
Simply place your dumped files extracted from your dreamcast's memory card or vmu and place them in the PASSPORT folder and launch the app then click through each one in the list, The extracted JPG will be put in the Extracted folder.
Any file in the PASSPORT folder that isn't a PhotoFun Picture will simply be removed from the list on the app and ignored.
