Easy OpenMenu Theme Creator 1.02

This is now part of my GDMenu HD Theme Manager (All-In-One Package), all future updates will be done to that version.

Now when making the OpenMenu theme you'll apply it to Theme 1 to 10 and this will automatically create the cust_0 to cust_9 folder which you can copy directly into the GDMENU Card Manager/tools/openMenu/menu_data/theme/ folder without the need to rename anything.
