Shinobi-X / Shinobi Legions - 60Hz Patch & Debug Mode 1.0

Patches for all regional releases of Shinobi-X on Sega Saturn which make the following changes :

• Makes the European version run at the correct speed when playing in 60Hz (it normally runs too fast in this refresh rate) and improves on the original 60Hz hack by allowing the intro FMV to be viewed.
• Unlocks a debug menu with many useful features like invincibility and stage select, accessible by pausing the game and pressing the right shoulder button.
• Activates debug controls :
  * L+X - Use the special move selected in "Ninjutsu Name" in the debug menu
  * R+Y - Hold to fall through solid surfaces
  * R+Z - Hold for free movement
  * R+Y+Z - Hold for free movement with collision disabled

European version features an alternate soundtrack by Richard Jacques which is arguably superior to the original soundtrack shared by the Japanese and North American releases, so that is the recommended version to patch.
