Virtua Cop 2 - Quality of Life Improvements 1.0

Patches for Virtua Cop 2 (Japan) on Sega Saturn that make the following changes :

• Stops the PRESS START message from appearing during gameplay.
• Unlocks special machine gun (set GUN SELECT to ON, pause the game, and reload six times)
• Unlocks CONTINUE -> FREE PLAY setting which grants unlimited credits.
• Unlocks Option Plus menu (language can be changed from Japanese to English here)
• [OPTIONAL] Disables the white flash triggered by light guns, for the benefit of modern setups that don't require it for hit detection (e.g. MiSTer FPGA paired with GUN4IR or Sinden Lightgun)
