5 Questions for Sega: Talking About NiGHTS

There is a new interview about Nights on the Wii on Advanced Media Network. The first question is strange or I didn't understand they asked about the transition from 2D into 3D with Nights but the first game was in 3D.

Hey VBT. The first nights had 3d graphics but you were on a rail system making the game more 2d as you could only move in certain directions so x and y axis but no z axis movement unless the rail let you. A lot of people refer to nights as 2.5D... not quite 3D but more than 2D.
