I'm planning on placing a big order with them, but I wanna make sure they're serious first...

Buyrite is great, I've ordered from them lots of times, plus they are one of the cheapest as far as some imporrts go, for domestic I use gexpress.com - game express. Shipping is also reasonable.

Not many people like them. Bad service and they get orders mixed up alot.

Sounds like people have quite different experiences of buyritegames.

How about gexpress.com what are they like?

a friend of mine ordered from them 3 times first 2 fine the third - a bigger order was f'ed up and got no help from them except "its in the mail " coments -- and no refunds

I've emailed Buyrite more than once for a price quote on Zusar Vasar (Dreamcast import) and never gotten a response. *grumble*
