Another update to the Sat-Dev section

Two new files were added to the Saturn Dev Section and some broken links were fixed. Also, a Where should I start-thingy have been added for newbies! So if you have thought about it, but have been unsure about how, nows the time to start dev´in...

Almost all files were mislinked, I fixed most earlier today.

So it was you who fixed them? I was about to fix them but I saw that they worked, however, I couldn´t understand how that happened. Thanks.

There was another file where the name was spellt wrong which I fixed.
