Dreamcast reading problems

Hi all!

I´m new with DC, but I have problems with it.

Well, some games don´t seem to work after DC is on for a while. I checked inside for dust and it´s all clean and OK. I thought about laser, so I tried to ajust a little bit the potentiometer, but no luck and put it back where it was. Checked the power supply for miss contact and everything fine there. Those CDs don´t have scraches and if I put my DC upside down, these games works fine. What could be?

What media are you using? CD-R's or GDROM's?

Sounds like the rails are worn or otherwise damaged. It's probably repairable.
