On the Dreamcast, the first ever piece of homebrew software is scheduled for a publishing and public release. Today pre-orders are opened for Feet of Fury, a game based on the style of DDR or other beat/music games. Dan Potter, the creator and founder of Cryptic Allusion Games, posted on the Cryptic Allusion site today regarding the game's official release:

"May 26, 2003 (Dan)

We're pleased to announce a publishing deal with the folks over at The GOAT Store. They sell all kinds of fun retro gaming goodies, and have formed a division dedicated to publishing original games for consoles which are no longer in production, called GOAT Store Publishing.

Feet of Fury pre-orders are also now available!

Pre-orders here -- $19.90 + shipping and handling

Check out our dedicated Feet of Fury web site (which is now fully operational) for more details on the game release, including a feature list. "

The game is scheduled to release on June 7th, and the orders from preordering will be shipped out on June 9th.
