My idea was a Rail shooter but i don't know which one.

Not exactly but you're on the right track.

There is enough information in the screenshot to figure it out. It's not a trick... it's just tricky.

Well all I can get out of the pic isit looks like a bear is mauling some guy. So I'm trying to think of a game with a bear and a guy in it. Is there anything else I should be getting out of the pic?

My ideas :

- Corpse Killer

- Lethal Enforcer

- Mad dog MacCree

- Congo

Not Corpse Killer. Certainly not Lethal Enforcers. Not Mad Dog McCree but I like the guess -- not that it's close, but I do like the guess. And I don't believe Congo was released on the Sega CD.

Nope, that's it. No subtext... WYSIWYG.

You're on the right track, Kuta.

The game is exclusive to the Sega CD and contains full-motion video. I can't say whether or not the phrase "A Sega TruVideo Production" appears on the box. However, I will say that studying the box may be just as helpful as playing the game.

I have the game name but i'd prefer someone else take the turn the game name starts with a W

Yes, it's Wirehead. Well done, vbt (and dibz).

From the back of the box -- along with a smallish, washed-out screenshot --

Hair-raising action - careen through car chases, fight in barroom brawls, raft through waterfalls or wrestle a grizzly bear.

Those who didn't have the box lying around could've easily figured it out.

For example, if you did a Google search for:

* sega cd bear

it's on the first page (top 10).

And if you guessed what kind of bear it was:

* sega cd grizzly bear

you would've gotten lucky.

Your turn, dibz.

That's how I found it myself, looked at the back of the box.

Anyway, here's the next one...
