Hello, I've been working on a tool for converting Dreamcast save files that I think might be useful:

It can convert from VMU images (*.bin, *.vmu, and *.flash) to individual saves in either .dci or .vmi/.vms formats. And it can do the opposite: putting together individual saves from those formats into a VMU image.
It can handle both save data and VMU games.
I've also listed all the places I know of to download Dreamcast saves here: https://savefileconverter.com/#/download-saves
And all of the ways I know of to get saves onto or off of a Dreamcast I've listed here: https://savefileconverter.com/#/original-hardware?sort=dc
