newbie needs help

I've read the newbie 101 section, but I can't find anything on this subject there. How do I make a backup of my game once I have it in ISO/MP3 format? I'm suppose to use Fireburner, right?

Hey he's not the only one that needs help on this. I just got the Radiant Silvergun ISO and MP3 files. How do I burn them? Please help us newbies!
