I have one that I got for $15 (!!) but don't use it that often. I find that I have to cross my hands over to play with it (right hand on stick, left to operate buttons). Is that abnormal? I don't think I've ever seen anyone play that way before.

Still kicking myself for not scoring the $30 maracas.

i found mine to be quite decent to hold, and seem to be relatively robust when your using them

i got mine for around £25 each from sega europs site a long while back

Won one on ebay a couple of days ago for £17 inc. postage, so I guess you could say I've bowed to your advice

I got 2 from the sega europe site too.

I've also got extra socket on each so I can use them with my supergun

I have that exact one too.

I'll trade or sell it, if anyone is interested.

It's not a bad stick. It's a little noisy -- it clicks (on purpose) when you move the stick. It does have a slot for a VMU. It was alright to use, but I like the official one better.
