I've never heard of it being leaked before so sorry if this is old news. But check out : something awful forums for screenshots, a review, and a torrent. Personally I'll pass (alot of things will make you thing WTF?) but maybe that's what floats your boat.

Wasn't GoodDealGames/OlderGames planning to acquire and release that game for the SegaCD?

I think it would be kind of bad for them to have it "leaked"/freely distrubuted this way. But at the least, if someone sent them a copy so they could still give it a nice offiicial release.
