It is not a memory card for Saturn, just a memory card for the SS Pro commander Controller, which is a programmable controller. When you have it in hand, you can't make any mistake about its utility, according to its size 😀
This memory card allows you to save some combinaisons of pressed button.
A special version of this memory card exists for Street Fighter Zero 2.

You can see on the second picture where the memory card must be inserted : just at the bottom, under the select+start buttons, where the sticker is 😉
