If I could get my clumsy hands on that, I'd make a full teardown with every inch of the motherboard photographed in a lightbox (on my own machines I did 20 macro closeups at 12MP, although I had to move the boards during taking photos so the shadows would not line up if I stitched the pictures together). A prototype like that needs to be documented as thoroughly as possible.
