It's the 1.00 Japanese final boot rom, the checksum matches (C1E4).

Thanks @dj898 ! But on the first photo (on your first post) there is a grey Yamaha chip (IC5). This is the chip (the Yamha one) that interests me.

Is it CDB104 label on the SH-1 daughterboard? I dumped the CDB104 ROM from my Saturn and would like to share the file here if that's possible.
