Sega Pico

I was wondering if there are any working Sega PICO emulators out there. So far, I have only found this dead project: http://www.angelfire.com/md3/toybox/index.html

I heard MEKA can emulate PICO, is it true?

I'm afraid it can't

BTW, most emulators need roms
