About the Game
Deep Fear is a survival horror game released for the Sega Saturn by Sega, set in an underwater base. The game combines exploration, real-time combat, and oxygen management as the player faces mutant creatures and tries to survive the collapse of the underwater station.

This patch should only be applied to the Japanese version of the game.
The translation was developed based on the Japanese version of Deep Fear, as it is the only version that contains all the files and scenes necessary for a complete subtitling of the campaign.
Applying the patch to other versions of the game (such as the European version) will result in several scenes and parts of the story being left without subtitles.
