Some changes to the board

Changes can be a good thing.....

Karny has edited most of the smiley faces so there are no more "edges".

I have also added a new section to the board "Emulation". You can discuss whatever Nintendo Emulation stuffs there you want. Only rule is no requesting ROMS.

BTW, guests are able to post, you just can't start a new topic or upload files. If this is abused then I will turn it off.

I'm going to slowly work my way through the boards updating/cleaning images as I go.

Nothing too dramatic (you probably wouln't have notice without being told 😉 ), just going to make everythign a little more consistant
