Some stuff I'm looking for

Just some things I'm currently looking to buy:

1. Atari 2600 (Or 7800 apparently), and maybe some games too... need to go home and see which ones I already have.

2. Virtual Boy - System, and any games besides these (Mario Tennis, V-Tetris, and Galactic pinball).

3. Sega CD - Frankenstein

4. GBA - One of those flash carts and the required connectors to connect it to the pc (The bigger the better  I'm getting tired of carrying so many games around lol).

5. Master System - The 3d glasses :D

You want an Atari 2600 or 7800. Both of those systems play the 2600 games. I think the 5200 was the only one that wasn't backwards compatible.

I'm qute sure the 5200 plays 2600 games...and the 7800 has a limited # of games and will cost you quite a bit more than the other two.

I have an Atari 2600. But i can't get it to work. :(. I also have Mario Bros for it, but its belongs to me and a friend of mine.

I don't have a 7800, but I do have a 2600 and a 5200, and you can't play 2600 games in your 5200. It doesn't matter much though, as most of the best games for the 2600 were rereleased for the 5200.

I have an Atari 2600, works, good condition with paddles, joysticks, all connectors, and about 100 games. I'll sell it, let me dig it up, and I'll take some pics for ya.

Right right, the rereleases... thats why dumb me was thinking 2600 games worked on a 5200... I'd consider taking remysf3's lot if scared rabbit passes on it :)

And if ScaredRabbit doesn't pass on remysf3's 2600 bundle, I might consider selling my own 2600 bundle to you sometime in the near future. :D

Well that first bundle with the 100 games is a bit more than I'm willing to spend lol... even if it does come with 100 games... I don't really have space for that many games anyway lol.

Ummm....actually the 5200 does play 2600 games. I have a 5200 and an adapter that lets me plug any 2600 game into the 5200 system, and everything works beautifully.

Yes, I know of the adapter, it's like the powerbase converter.

I was assuming ScaredRabbit meant which 'bare bones' system would play 2600 games.

All I really care about is being able to play the 2600 games I have now... and any I happen to get in the future lol. Be that through a 5200 with an adaptor, a 7800, or a 2600 lol.
