assuming you have COMM card and suitable PC as it only comes in ISA format maybe... getting necessary hardware though won't easy nor cheap I'm afraid...

Twelve bucks isn't that much. But in case the OP was talking about save cartridges that only works with the Action Replay for obvious reasons.
