VCD card question

Some one posted having trouble with thier vcd card. Iam planning to buy one and i want to know if this card will work on my Us saturn. Sega VCD Card

I can complete your faq Blitzkrieg, I have an Hitachi VCD Card, it doesn't support Photo CD, and could only play NTSC disc.

So there is an item i can purchase for my Saturn (Model 2, Mod Chipped and have PAR4n1 and Country flip switch) so i can play VCD's on my saturn eh? will i be able to play foreign VCD's like Anime from say Japan?

I have a modded US saturn, with 5n1 cart, and just got a Victor RG-VC1 vcd card. It plays most of my vcd, but they are all play with a serious blue tint. Can anyone help me out with this issue, it's not listed in Blitz faq. Any help would be appreciated!
