It says "Claret 19980521" at the bottom left corner of the pic. I did a google search on Claret anime pics, but that didn't give me any good results. :lol:

I'm guessing it's probably a fan art or something where Claret may be a handle.

The closest Claret character I could find is Claret from Langrisser. Look under Update 2000/06/28. However, that Claret has white hair.
