Would it be possible to port Cannon fodder To the Sega Saturn?

I've recently found an open source port of cannon fodder (open fodder) on github, and i was wondering if it was possible to make this game run on the saturn?

Note: this is a collection of cannon fodder 1 & 2 as far as i know.
