- Disables the white flash in Dave, Meryl, and Redwood's cutscenes at the shooting range.
- [OPTIONAL] Disables the white flash triggered by light guns, for the benefit of modern setups that don't require it for hit detection (e.g. MiSTer FPGA paired with GUN4IR or Sinden Lightgun)
