Hehe, i decided to do something to my old genesis because it just sitting there. So I halfassed some creativity and painted the thing. I used whatever was lying about: krylon engine paint "chevy blue"

I did the controller too but that was even uglier

the normal batteries aren't that hard to find

4 aa batteries will power the vmu for the rest of its life.. rather than 30 minutes on those watch batteries.

there is no exageration... go ask the geniuses at dcemulation.com to show you their graph results of how long 4 aa batteries will power a vmu.

it will last at least a few days

seriously, I think they should last a few months at least.

I have like 6 VMUs so I don't even keep batteries in most

well i used to buy new batteries for the vmu and they would die after 1 day.

This aa mod is perfect... I can play vmu games all the time now

did you have them on for hours solid without being in the controller or something?

what brand were they?

I use duracell

no just power them on and off a few times with watch batteries and it will surely be dead at the end of the day or the next day.
