WWF Royal Rumble, easily. No slowdown, no learning curve (2 buttons, verily) and regular + rumble mode makes for one helluva time (30, 60, 90 or infinite wrestlers - 9 characters in the ring at once).
QIIIA, of course. The controls aren't bad, and the DC version compensates for the lack of mouse.
I don't think there's anything wrong with Ready 2 Rumble R2, in fact the depth of characters makes it much better (IMO). Using MJ alone makes it worth it.
