I'm guessing that ExCyber is referring to the conversion of fat back into energy, not into muscle.

Well, fat into sugar, but basically yeah. There's a more specific term for the process, but I don't recall what it is.

I think it's hydrolysis that I'm thinking of (basically water and fat molecules go into a reaction and some type of sugar molecules come out; I'm sure it's much more complex than that but that's all I can recall).
