New Zelda Game Rumor!

Rumors are going around that the new Zelda game for the Gamecube will be released in Japan next summer. Link will have a new enemy this time around. Possible subtitles, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to Darkness’ and ‘The Legend of Zelda: Legacy of Link. The new Zelda will not use cel shadded techniques.

I do like the looks of the new Zelda. However, I hope they do not abandon cel shading. I liked it.

From the interview I read, if they do another title with Link as a kid they'll go back to the cell shading as they think it is a perfect fit for his youth.

The new graphics engine is unbelievable. And being able to use your sword while riding Epona (? I'm assuming it's Epona still.) is really cool. Check out the trailer if you can. It's one minute long which is about 29 minutes short of what I want from a Zelda Trailer.

They have to tease though. I understand. And it still has significant time remaining in development.

Thats good to know. I want both old, mature Link and young cel shaded Link.
