Official japanese 4MB ram cart

Does the official japanese 4MB ram cart work on a PAL saturn that is fitted with a country converter switch? Or will it only work with an actual japanese saturn?

As far as I know there is no territory lock out on any carts.

I believe any RAM cart will work in any Saturn.
