Dont know how useful this is, but when i tried finding this info for my board I had no luck and decided to just go for it.
The IC14 chip is labelled as such, just in a different location. You'll find it at the back near the cartridge port. Pin 79 faces the back of the unit.
The 5 volt and ground can be taken from where the PSU socket is soldered to the board. This is on the underside of the board and left of controller port 1.
The wire layout for the power supply is as follows:
white Red Orange Black Black
+9v +5v +3.3v Ground Ground
Now you have the locations of the solder points, use www.mmmonkey.co.uk as your guide to install your mod.
