Anyone know if there was a Sega CD SDK kit ever produced?

We know 3DO had one, PS2 dev kits are all over the place, etc... I'm just curious..

Mmm... At this time, I can say to you that NO. There were DevGenesis, DevSaturns, but I didn`t know any DevSegaCD or SLT. And I looked after that.
