Stumbled on this via Racketboy, and was surprised not to have seen it here. A dude at CAG is running a contest to get as many Saturn game covers as possible converted into nice quality slim dvd case inserts. As far as I can tell, none are available for download yet, but they have a template if anyone wants to get involved. Winner (determined by combo of most/best covers) wins a modded Saturn. I just can't wait until they release the covers, the previews look awesome.
