VCD for Dreamcast

I use to use a program to movies on my Dreamcast but I lost it, How do I put a movies on to a CD-R and make it into a VCD?

Gyplay is a mpeg (vcd movie format) player you can use. Last version is 2.0.

ok now I have nero6.something, what do i do after I download Gyplay?

ok I figured it out, but know i'm stuck with changing the movie from AVI to MPG-1, now I got a free trial program but it's not doing anything except stopping the movie from playing all together, is there an easy way to change the format from AVI to MPG?
